About us

Kala Kuteer Performing and Fine Arts School offers classes in Indian classical music, dance, instruments, theatre and fine arts — in person at our Tarnaka and Gachibowli branches in Hyderabad, and online via Zoom.

Using this website

You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes — to learn about our school and to contact us. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or copy its content (text, photos, videos, logo) without our written permission. All such content is owned by Kala Kuteer or used with permission.

Enquiries and enrolment

Submitting an enquiry does not create a place in any class. Enrolment is confirmed only after we accept it and the applicable fees are paid. Class schedules, gurus, and locations may change for operational reasons; we will let you know in advance where we can.

Fees and payments

A one-time joining fee applies per student. Fee amounts are shared on enquiry and may be revised from time to time, with any revision notified in advance.

• Tuition fees are payable monthly, or upfront for a 3-month or 6-month term, in full and in advance.
• We do not offer discounts, referral concessions, or partial payments.
• Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, including where a student misses classes or discontinues mid-term, except where required by law.
• When online payments are enabled, they are handled by a third-party provider (for example, Razorpay), and are also subject to that provider's terms.

Online classes

For online classes, your Zoom joining link is for your personal use only and must not be shared. Classes may not be recorded without our permission.

Student conduct

Students — and, for minors, their parents or guardians — agree to follow the school's reasonable guidelines on attendance, behaviour, and respect for gurus, staff, and fellow students. We may discontinue enrolment for conduct that is unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful.

Photos and performances

We sometimes photograph or record school events and performances, and may use these images to showcase the school's work — on our website, social media, and brochures. If you would prefer a student's image not to be used, please tell us in writing and we will respect that.

Liability

The website is provided "as is." We take reasonable care to keep information accurate and the site available, but do not guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Students take part in physical activities, such as dance, at their own responsibility and should disclose any relevant health conditions in advance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly.
